For Canterbury teams that want to go all in. Fly to Auckland, jump on the Surf Bus and arrive at the Aotearoa Surf camp on the Northland coast for a properly designed retreat with accommodation, full catering, surfing twice a day and the kind of space where real conversations actually happen.
We handle everything from the Canterbury end: flights advice, logistics coordination, programme planning and on-the-ground management throughout. Aotearoa Surf provide the world-class Northland location and facilities.
Shared challenge does something that a structured workshop simply cannot. When someone who has never surfed before stands up on a board and rides a wave in front of their colleagues, something shifts. The hierarchy flattens. The conversation changes. No experience needed from anyone. Every programme is designed for mixed groups. The quiet ones, the competitive ones, the ones who haven’t done anything physical in years. Everyone gets in the water and everyone has a good time. We’re experienced at reading groups and adjusting on the fly.
